The server was down for emergency maintenance at April, 28th, 2010, lasting for 6 hours and works properly now. We are very sorry about the possible loss during this period of time.

The reason for the maintenance is part of the local network in America was attacked by someone with ulterior motives and all servers in one region were attacked and stopped working at one time.

We were trying best to fix the problems and end up doing the maintenance in 24 hours, which was done in advance finally.

However, it is suggested to check out the data and battle reports which are in process at that time in case of suffering unexpected losses. If it happened, please contact the customer service by sending messages or emails, or post it on the community forum as soon as possible to enable us to remedy or reduce the damage.
